WHAT IS PSUG?

PSUG is the Patient Scheduling User Group. We are a group of Healthcare organizations who utilize the IDX Appointment Scheduling Application.

This group was formed in May of 1992 to promote the exchange of non-restricted information of mutual interest and value pertaining to IDX products. We share ideas relating to the IDX systems in order to enhance the patient experience along with providing IDX with future enhancement possibilities.

We are comprised of no more than 26 Academically affiliated Healthcare facilities with no less than 100 healthcare providers that have multi-specialty practices. We meet three times a year: Spring, Fall and at the IDX National User Conference in the Summer. We are a self-funding group. PSUG does not collect membership dues or receive financial support from IDX.
